I do the warmup routine from NROLFA, followed by some lighter sets of the exercises I'll be doing.

It goes like this. I use the starting strength app on the iphone pretty sure theres an android version too.

2 sets of 5 with the bar
1 sets of 5 increased weight
1 sets of 3 increased weight
1 sets of 2 increased weight
1 set of 1 increased weight

As an example I did 135 on my bench press yesterday so my warm up was

2 sets of 5 with the bar at 45
    1 sets of 5 at 75
    1 sets of 3 at 95
    1 sets of 2 115
    1 set of 1 125

Obviously the weights will be different but this is suggested because it helps warm up your muscles and it's not as much of a shock to your nervous system supposedly. In order to prevent injury.

My warmup is similar to doozers. I do less sets, but it's because my weights aren't as high as his. I usually do 1x5 with bar, then 2-3 increased weight sets before my work weight. I also do 10-20 minutes light cardio before I even get started. I'm a lump all day so it helps me get into exercise mode. I do body weight squats before squats. The power rack at my gym doesn't have holes low enough to do rack pulls, so I start my deadlift warmup with straight leg 20# dumbbell deads. My trainer showed me an awesome shoulder warmup to do before OHP, and I've started doing it during my squat warm ups during A and B just cause it helps so much to warm up my upper body.

I do 20 minutes of yoga, and always do my first set with the empty bar and work my way up.

I jump on my elliptical for 3-4 minutes to loosen up a little bit, then do two sets of 5 with about 20 pounds lighter (or more) and another set of 5 with 5-10 pounds less than what I need to be lifting that day.
