So I've been really ill the past week, no energy, very run down and spent most of it on the couch!
Tomorrow is my reset day.
I need to start logging my food again, it's really good for holding me accountable. I need to up my water again and start doing daily exercise again.
I've already lost 12.8lbs and feel great for that so I just need to keep reminding myself how much better I'll feel if I lose another 12lbs and another...
Anyone else been struggling recently?
Or does anyone have any words of encouragement? Success stories? etc. Anything to motivate me again!

I've been snacking and snacking and snacking and then I lose motivation to go workout so then I'm scared to finished logging my day and so I don't.... it's so bad I know! I did better today. I told myself I would push to my goal before Monday so I took my PT gear to work and my boss told me when I had to go and then I didn't have any excuses. So I went and ran. I feel so much better for doing it, even though I hurt all over and I know tomorrow will suck. Climbing out of a hole takes work, and the deeper that hole gets, the harder you'll have to work at it - so you might as well start climbing now. The good news: we have our MPF friends who can lend us a hand, or thrown down a rope, when the hole gets too deep.
So here's your rope from me: set a goal, even if it's just something little (log ALL your food, only pick healthy snacks, go for a walk, finish a workout dvd...) and then when you meet that goal do a happy dance (that burns calories too!) and set a new goal! The more goals I reach the better I start to feel about myself and the more motivated I am to reach the next one. Good luck! You can do this for sure!0
