Hi there, I recently purchased TF and have done TJ. Last week of TJ is next week. Will also be starting TF next week (thinking tomorrow) and will just do a combo/hybird of TF and TJ this last week of the TJ challenge/beginning of TF for me. I have done one workout of TF and it seems similar to TJ with regard to moves but, intensity kicked up which is great. I believe I am ready for it. A little scared but, this is why I am here - I am on every day so, consider myself a regular now and I am not going anywhere. I am new to TF so, any tips by others I will absolutely accept. Tried P90X one time and just wasn't ready. I feel I am ready for this. Thanks for having me. Will be doing some measurements and basic stuff today to see where I will start and when I complete at 90 days or maybe more... will post my progress (which hopefully will be phenomenal- like some of you already!)
