Military Diet

What are everyone's thoughts on the Military Diet? I am on day 3 right now. If you don't know what the Military Diet is, the picture below states the menu. You do this diet 3 days a week and then you're off of it the other 4 days. Please share your thoughts? :)

    Hows this diet working for you?

    ETA....Seems like very little food... and hot dogs?
    Lots of processed stuff...
    I was told to cut out dairy to lose fat.
