how heavy are your hand weights?

I was using 3# and my friend convinced me to get 5# because the workout will be so much harder. I don't know. I was going to do my 3rd day of level 2, but couldn't bring myself to pick up those damn weights. I walked around Walmart with them and a gallon of milk and thought I was going to die!

honestly, i only have 5lb weights and I really think they are too heavy. I need to get some 3lbs. I cannot do some of the arm ones with weights because I literally cannot do it. They are just way too heavy for me. but for some moves they are great. like the bicep moves. even the 5lbs are too light for those for me. and they are just right for level two shoulder press with leg kick thing. but, the chair squat one on level 2, there is no way to do that with 5lb! maybe I am just a wimp though....
how do you feel with your 3lbs? do you feel its too easy? If so, I would get some 5lbs and try it! It never hurts to have multiple weigh options!!!
this reminds me, I need to get some 3lb weights....0 -
Haha, I have baby weights at 1.1k!! But, they do the trick for me I would like to repeat 30DS in a few months time with some 2.2k weights. Or whenever I forgotten how repetitive it is! I'm on Day 8, need to push through!0

Mine are 3 pounders and that's enough for me to start.. I'm only 2 days into my 30DS (today will be day 3) and I don't want to have an injury if I can help it. I really really REALLY want to make it through these 30 days.0

Mine are 3 pounds. I tried using 5 lbs the other day (cause my son was "working out" with me and was holding the 3lbs) and my armpits hurt so bad from the side lunges/lifts in Level 1. I'm definatley not ready for a full workout with 5 pounds.0

Started out using 1.5 in level 1 and upped them to 2.5 in level 2, they're definitely heavy enough!0

Mine are 1.5kg but I use 3kg for the chest flies as I find those easier. I'll try to push myself to increase where I can.0
