I was wondering if anyone had any tips to share.
I work out Monday, Wednesday - Friday
Monday: Aerobics, abdominals, pump (Davina DVD)
Wednesday: Zumba
Thursday: Aerobics, abdominals, pump, boxing (Davina DVD)
Friday: 20 minute walk, 10 minute jog
Monday - Friday: 50 minutes walking (travelling to and from work)
So what's your exercise week like?
Any tip to help me shift a few extra pounds?

You are a great motivation for all of us..
I’m just starting back up again and it’s always hard at first, I’m trying to power/walking 1 hour every mid morning it’s about 3 miles. After work 5:30pm I hit the gum and try to work the stepper for 10-15 min then jump on any machine that will work my arms and back. I have the zumba DVD’s but haven’t been using them, I plan on doing zumba on the weekends.0 -

You are really dedicated, if you keep that up you'll be laughing the pounds away.
What exercise was your favour last time?
I may have to use your idea and start taking long walks in the evening after work.0
