Diets or calories ??

I am wondering how many have success following specific diets ex. Atkins... or if calorie counting and exercise just makes more sense. Especially women over 50.

    hi hun,

    i have tried literally every diet out there but failed to stick to it. I did the slim fast diet for about a week but got bored and hungry which is also like a calorie controlled diet.

    I have been on the dukan diet for a week and lost 4kg (7.5 pounds rougly) in my first week :D

    You have to not think of it as a diet but rather a lifestyle change.. anything will work while you do it.. but as soon as you stop the weight will come right back. if you arent watching what you are eating now.. start and make small changes.. ie: if you stop at McDonalds every morning to get a breakfast sandwhich.. try getting an oatmeal or grab a pack of jimmy dean turkey breakfast sandwhiches...
