Just finished Day 3!

So I just finished Day 3 of Turbo Fire and wow, this is awesome. My legs hurt, my abs are killing me, my lower back hurts like a *****... But damn, this is good
I switched up the schedule some since Sunday has always been my rest day, so I started last Friday. So far I've had Fire 30/Stretch 10 twice and HIIT 15/S10 once. I'm doing Fire 55EZ tomorrow and I'm excited to see what the longer fire classes are like as well.
Before this I've done Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and the four week Rockin Body program. I just got done with Rockin Body a couple weeks ago in preparation for starting Turbo Fire. I figured a beginners Beach Body program would be a good intro before starting something quite this intense.
A friend of mine who already lost 40 pounds using TF turned me on to this group when I got my own program (yes, mostly because I was jealous of her loss!) and I can't wait to have a good support group around me for getting through at least 90 days of this madness. I've been on MFP since last May, so I'm here to stay, but it's always great to have friends doing the same program you are

Today was day one for me! I had done the Fire 30 once before but, excited to have at least started. I have done TJ for the past 6 weeks so this is what I need to kick myself into high gear. Congrats on day 3!0
