Baby carriers-Ring Slings

Hey ladies, do any of you use a ring sling? I like the idea of it because I can carry the baby around close (like in a Moby), but I can also loosen it to breastfeed in it (unlike the Moby).
The problem is, I think I'm putting it on wrong. It hurts my shoulder so much, and my son is not even 11 pounds yet!
Do any of you know of any good resources (online, etc.) for instructions on making sure you're wearing the thing right?

Have you tried youtube? I found helpful youtube videos for using my ergo, burping a baby, ideas for tummy time and for converting my stroller from bassinet to toddler seat. There must be good ring sling tutorials there too!

What J3nny said, I bought an Infantino baby carrier from a resale shop and was given a sling and had NO idea how to use either one so I YouTubed them both

Yes- YouTube! I have a moby and was able to BF while shopping at Macy's. LOL0
