Just started here on feb 22 and WOW I have lost 12.3 lbs....I didn;t know this site till my new doctor told me this is so easy to follow what you are eating and how much and what calories..I feel great ..........got 40 more to go.......for me to be happy. My doc put me on 1500 calorie a day but my goal made it 1200 a day. SO this way even if I go over my 1200 I am still under my DOcs .........so easy! Love this SITE!     Hi! I started two weeks ago and have already lost 12lbs. I started after I weighed in at a massive 238 at the doctors office. A week later after just changing my "who in the world knows what I ate" diet to a 1200 calorie diet I lost 9lbs and the next week I began exercising with dvds and cutting wood and lost 3lbs. I think the weight I'm losing is starting to even out so I won't lose that much, but I am hoping, praying, and pushing myself to hit the one hundreds by May 1st.

    First NSV: Made a batch of my favorite cookies (in hopes of keeping a few kids busy) and only licked the spoon. (Of course I wouldn't dare deny myself of the best part of baking.)

    I love having people to email and talk to about this journey (my family is completely in the dark hence the reason my fridge is filled with pizza and leftover mac-n-cheese) and having someone to keep me motivated so feel free to add me!
