Insanity

I lost my motivation after the holidays and I'm struggling to get back on track. Not to mention I'm going through perimenopause and just started taking estrogen.

So, I started with my fit test tonight and I'm ready to get back into shape. No more going easy on myself!

Any ideas on how to increase energy? I've started taking 3,000 mg Vitamin C, magnesium, B complex, zinc and iron (I'm anemic) to try to get more energy.

I work outside the home. I'm gone 12 hours due to a long drive so it can be a struggle but I was doing very well before.
