Activity level

I've been wondering this for ages and I thought I'd throw it open to you knowledgeable ladies: what level of activity do you think I am?

I walk at least 3 miles a day 5 or 6 days a week (I try to make it a point to move as little as possible on Sundays), run 10-20k (I'm English, we love to mix metric and imperial) a week at about 5.30-6min/km, so not that fast, and lift 2-3 times a week.

So, is that moderate? Very? Somewhere between the two?

    do you work?
do you have kids that you take care of all day?
do you have dogs that you walk?

do you live in small apartment and not move form the couch once you get home or in a mansion that requires cleaning +2h a day?

    :)

My activity multiplyer is 1.51 (yeah, I didn't come up with that, I use heybales' spreadsheet), and you move a LOT more than me. I walk a mile five times a week, lift three times a week, and do 45 minutes on the arc trainer twice a week. Other than that, I sit on my *kitten* until the dishes and laundry get bad enough  So, definitely more than me. Big fan of the spreadsheet for cheating on math.

My activity level is nearly the same as yours (except I move around a bit on sundays too) and I have found that eating a bit above "moderate" but below "active" is about right for me. So I think moderate for me is 2300 and active is 2600 and 2400 seems about my maintenance.
