Weigh ins.

Options
Weigh ins will be once a week , I think Sunday is a good day because it is literally the and of the week. If anyone can't post on Sundays that is fine just post around that day. And make sure all your weigh ins are 7 days apart!

Now posting can either be done by posting like this:

Starting weight: 567 pounds/kilos
Current Weight: 456 pounds/kilos
Goal weight:123 pounds/kilos

OR

You can post a picture of the scale if you are able to do that! :)

    I would rather be a very strong 135 than a weaker 130.
