Okay dancers i have entered my first competition, mid August in Dallas. Any tips, advice and lots of encouragement would be appreciated. I would like to drop another 15 lbs over the next 60 days

    I'm afraid that I don't have any advice for you, but I do wish you the greatest of luck! Have fun with it and I'm sure that you will be absolutely spectacular!
