Anyone have an good lo-cal recipes to share? One that I got from another mfp member was baby spinach chips. AWESOME IDEA!!! Just take a bag a spinach lay them flat, not touching each other on a baking pan. Bake on 400 for about 25 mins or until crispy then shake any kind of seasoning on it. Onion powder, sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, etc... A must try when your having a craving for chips!!

You can do this with Kale too - and they are a bit sturdier than Spinach. Actually really good!0
