This is probably the most I've eaten in one day

Or at least since I started keeping track. Here is my food diary from Tuesday:

I've been stuck at about 165 pounds for like 10 months now. I've been getting stronger, but not living up to my potential without enough calories. My new daily goal per day is 5,000 calories. Then I should be able to continue with linear progression for a little bit longer. Thanks to MFP, I should be able to stay on top of it.

Good luck. I'm not sure if I'm going to bulk after I finish cutting or not. But I do know it's going to be pretty brutal if I do.0

God that makes me a little nauseous just reading it. I can do about 3k before I get the bloated kill me now feeling.
You seem to like milk. Not sure where you live, but if you can get your hands on some good raw milk you will have a milkgasm. You may or may not get tb, but it's totally worth it.0 -

I've considered cutting before for the sake of aesthetics, but in reality I'd rather just continue to grow big and strong.0 -

lol. I like milk for it's benefits: calories and protein. Liquids are much easier to digest than solids. I used to not like milk so much. I guess I just grew a tolerance to it.0 -
Fresh swiss milk from alpine cows is like nothing else on this green earth! Not sure if you can get an equivalent in rural USA?0

Wow! THAT is a lot of food! I can't even imagine consuming that much in a day, unless I could do it with cake, donuts and sunflower seeds.0

So much milk! Lol
It must be fairly cheap where you live if you drink that much!0 -

Ditto. It'd be me, a spoon, and a couple jars of peanut butter.
Actually, I did eat that much a week or two ago on a binge. It felt yucky.0 -

I'm also jealous a little. On 5k cals a day, just tie a rope on me now cause blimp mode is going to happen. :bigsmile:0
