Breakfast dropped an atom bomb on my calorie budget

So the hubby and I took his parents to breakfast this morning at Village Inn. I was looking at the Under 550 calorie options and they had a Greek Crepe. I asked the waitress what the difference was between the Under 550 Greek crepes and the regular Greek crepes. She said the only difference was they left out the meat in the lower calorie option. The meat is turkey sausage, which I have prepared at home before, and it's usually about 100 calories for three links so I thought "how bad can it be??" Got home and looked up the nutrition chart, and was BLOWN away that the lower calorie option is 370, and the regular are 875!!! There is NO WAY that could be right, right??? There wasn't THAT MUCH sausage in the two crepes.... I guess I should have done my homework first. Good thing I've got to run later, AND I'm so full right now I probably won't eat much of a lunch.

I feel your pain! I hate it when the first half of the day goes wonky.. then you spend the rest of the day playing catch-up.
