... but not to MFP.
I am about to begin the Insanity this month. Right now looking thru the exercises to modify for my bum knee and screw in shoulder. Wanting to kick it up a notch.
I do have a trainer I see a few times a month (have worked with her for a couple of years now). She is comfortable with me being able to do this with modifications. I also have made a mini-goal for myself to do 13 5k's (never did them before this year) in '13. I have numbers 4 and 5 paid for and planned.....March 16th and April 4th. Now on the lookout for May, June, July ones.
