Just moved to Pinellas Park. Trying to get back on the weight loss wagon. I lost 30 pounds last year then gained it all back again during a difficult period.
I had the same issue...lost 18 pounds last year, maintained it for the most part, then had 2 1/2 months off work for a medical problem and gained 20 back. I'm 8 pounds from where I was at my lightest, and my goal is to be below that before my doctor's appt at the end of Feb. Good luck getting back on track!!0 -
