    I'm in! I think what I appreciate about what I read thus far is the scheduled and specific eating options. Historically I have an issue eating on time which causes me to skip meals which I am sure has contributed to weight gain. Hopefully this will help me create new new habits.

    Ladies let me know how you like Dr. Ian's program., I will be looking for another plan - currently on VCLD very low calorie diet 500 to 800 calories a day. It works but you can't do it forever. Just trying to get over a big plateau by doing this. Another 22lbs and I am going to get off it and go to a more sane diet plan.
