I wish I could say I've been doing great, but the last few weeks I started slacking big times. I have been so preoccupied with school, and taking care of everyone else that I started neglecting myself. As a result I gained some weight. So now I'm on the track to getting back on track. Started insanity and now trying to work out daily. I'm ready to shed this extra skin0

I have leveled out. I want to drop another 20 pounds but its so hard. I am changing my sleep, eating habits and more.0

I have reached my first big milestone ( 15kg/ 24lb gone! ) and have really started sorting out my workouts- lots more heavy lifting and seeing great changes 2 weeks into it! weight hasn't changed for a few weeks but i'm way happier with how my body is changing regardless of what the scale may say....time to put it away for a while i think and focus on the physical changes i think!0
