I am still noticing slight improvements each day. I try to push myself a little further - yesterday I did more push ups, today I used slightly heavier weights for some of the moves.

Me too! I notice that I'm a little stronger and have more stamina each day. The first 3 days, I was unable to finish the bicycle lunge at the end but on day 4, I managed to get through them all. Now, just knowing I have done it already gets me through them. "If I did it yesterday, I KNOW I can do it today!"
If only I could get through the whole jump rope section! I keep moving through the whole skipping section but find the bouncing hurts my back. I'll get there yet!0 -
