Day 5 L2

Today was my first day doing Level 2. I did this right after doing an hour of cardio at the gym. I felt like it was difficult but it was bearable. The planks where you jump forward along with the plank where you jump out were super hard for me. I know its only the 6th day of the month but this is the first time I've stuck to something like this for this long. Good job everyone who's doing this challenge.

    I'm starting L2D1 today too (in a few hours after work) and I can remember how tough it is from last time... I quit on L2D6!!!!

    I found the jumping planks hard to do too... and if I remember rightly, the ones where you jump and put your legs out to the side (splits-like)??

    You're doing great, we can do this!!
