Everyone likes Blink, right? I mean, like most eps, it really makes no sense whatsoever, but you don't care, do you? It's just a rollicking good ride LOL
Besides that, I think my favourite, just for the "come and have a go if you think you're hard enough" speech is The Pandorica Opens with A Good Man Goes To War not far behind...
...and the two parter where X thinks he's a professor at a school was pretty cool too...

Some of my favorites are:
The Girl in the Fireplace
The Empty Child (part 1 of this episode) & The Doctor Dances (part 2 of this episode)
The Christmas Invasion0 -
I have to say, The Empty Child & The Doctor Dances were very orginal... not a big fan of spinning Christmas trees and plastic Santas though LOL :P0

Can't pick just one but Vincent and the Doctor is up there.0

Mine as well:
Girl in the Fireplace
Vincent and the Doctor0 -
I am currently on my second & third run-through of the series. (Hubby and I started watching for the second time as soon as we saw Angels Take Manhattan. Yesterday, my Mom decided she would give it a try. Four straight episodes later, she grudgingly admitted she liked it.) So I haven't seen many more than once. However, I loved Vincent and the Doctor. I caught the tail end of The Beast Below last night, I remember liking that as well. I really liked most of the "touching" episodes. Could be my love of chick flicks and rom coms spilling over into my Doctor faves.
But I also like the ones that leave me freaked out over normal everyday things.

I'm going to add The Power of Three to my list, because it has the best Doctor/Amy moments.0

I really enjoyed "the Stolen Earth/Journey's End" . It was fun seeing all the companions together, including Sarah Jane Smith.0

I watched The Power Of Three again and yes, I agree, it had some great Doctor / Ponds moments... in fact, the rest of the episode was just so-so. All the fun and energy came from those moments.
The Angels Take Manhattan really, logically, makes no sense but then we wouldn't be watching Who at all if we worried about that kind of thing LOL I liked it a lot. Very sad at the end... you just wanted to shout, "just get in the damn TARDIS Rory - you're home and dry, you muppet" - but no, he just *had* to go look... *sigh*
BTW, I know there's a Who drinking game based around every time someone says "run!" - I'm thinking that Rory's died so often you could have a drinking game for every time he dies too...0
