SO, I am doing C25K. It is hard without a group to run with! I had a great group in TX, but then I moved to NC and have not started a job yet and have no one to run with. How do you stay motivated when working out by yourself?
Also, any others want to do the program with me? I have only done week 1......

I workout at home and my motivation has come entirely, 100% from MFP!! I have great friends, but I also participated in a January 30 Day Shred group which was GREAT! We bonded so much, that some of us formed a February Ripped in 30 group. And that was a great monthly group too! When the month ended, we all had different plans for March, so we formed an ongoing Daily Workout Partners group. We check-in daily with one another and keep each other motivated and accountable, while also sharing details of different workouts. It's a great place to stay accountable, and learn about all of the many different types of workouts that people are doing. If you commit to the daily check-ins, it is extremely motivating.
