Oh boy, seems I might have SIBO - small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. I am so uncomfortable, with gas and pain. What is really crazy is my GI solution is for me to take Gas x and Align ($30 a month) and get this. As long as I do not get worse he will do a breath test in August. August!! Are you serious? I see him in about 6 weeks, and we are going to have a serious conversation if this discomfort and pain continue. Has anyone had SIBO and how did that effect you with eating and exercise? I would love any advice or experience. I have been battling crohns for 7 years and it looks like it is not as quiet as I thought.
