Hi everyone..... I have been eating right and exercising... I run on the treadmill and or elliptical... 4 times a week... I only eat 2 fruits and 2 carbs before 2pm... lots of veggies and clean eating... but this week (after I had the flu for a day) I havent lost a single pound... feeling discouraged... I have lost 38pds so far... but the scale has not moved in 10 days... I am drinking my water too... I do eat whole raw almonds... maybe I should cut those out and see if it moves... I need some suggestions...HELP... : )
