I'm making this tomorrow because I just don't feel like cooking - I eat it as a main dish with some tortilla chips, or piled onto some lettuce. Also really good if you throw some diced avocado on top (because, you know, it's avocado).

    YUM! I picked up some avocados (I always thought it was avocadoEs but Chrome tells me no!) today. They're still hard as rocks, but I'm looking forward to a few days from now. I finally found a guacamole that i really, really like - it has onions in it. !!!
