Chiropractor Help

My personal train suggested I see a Chiropractor for pain in my hip area. I have never put much weight in them but since my insurance covers most of it I figured it couldn't hurt. What is the general consensus here? Worth it? Forget it?

I'm trying to find a good one near Colombia Heights, Fridley, Roseville area. Of course there are plenty but very few with reviews. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I think only you know your pain so if you think it's worth seeing a Chiropractor, and especially if your insurance covers a significant part of it, I'd say at least go for a consultation.

I would say give it a shot. At worst it does nothing at all for you, and at best it will work great.

Completely and totally worth it!Ask your insurance company which Doctors are in network in your area.If you don't find one in network they won't cover that percentage.
