How do you maintain on the weekends?

I have had a terrible 24 hours :sad:
We had soccer today and will have soccer tomorrow. Yesterday I made a dish that #3 and I really like and I totally over did it.
Tonight there is a basketball game on fairly late and there is fried chicken. :grumble: I really like fried chicken :ohwell:
I am logging every bit if it but I need a better weekend game plan.

    Weekends are hard. Weekends where you are away from home are harder. I think moderation is the true key. Get fried chicken but have one piece. Then fill up on veggies? Can you so that? The last two days have been a major challenge for me. Away from home, hungry! No good easy take along foods already at hand. I ended up buying a salad at Walmart and splitting it with my daughter. Better choice an the Mc Donald's double cheese burger I considered. :)
