I thought I would be doing some good by applying to a Celiac Study.. I was refused!!!!! They said I don't have symptoms.... Isn't that the purpose of the Gluten free diet??????

    Maybe they want people who haven't gone gluten free yet? People who are still fighting with symptoms so they can see the changes when they do go off?
