Haha! I was SO tempted to step on the scale tonight......but I didn't! Tomorrow it is!

I went up 8 pounds all week with water retention and then thankfully I plowed through it and lost 4.6 pounds!!! Halellujah! I am on a beachbody challenge-so I only do measurements once a month...so I wont take my next measurements until April 3. But, i can tell a difference in my clothes!!!0

That is so awesome!!! You are doing great...probably gaining muscle...that's why your not seeing a huge weight loss with it. If you saw Biggest Loser this week then you saw that Danni gained 19 lbs. of muscle!!!0 -

Thank you! I've been a little off this week but this is motivating me to keep going! I'm watching The Biggest Loser as I type this! I can't believe she did that, SO awesome! She is an amazing role model!0
