    I have been really bad this week. I stayed under on my calories for the most part, but I didn't do so great in the carbs, fat, sodium area. I was so lazy and didn't want to cook. Gotta get back at it, I need to keep the weight going down!

    I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, completly forgot to do it this morning! Not got a good feeling though feel so bloated, think i'm retaining lots of water. We shall see what the scales say in the morning...

    My weigh in day is not until Wednesday..but I did cheat a little and looked yesterday.

    I think I just had a lucky week two weeks ago, I was at 181.something, I haven't been that low since then. BUUT we will see on Wednesday.

    I also am starting to base my calories off of TDEE so we will see how that goes!

    Hmmmm is there a pattern here? Happy to be steadily losing, but I'm going on a mini vacation for Easter, so I would love to step up the pace a bit and lose 4 more pounds by our target date. I've been eating all of my exercise calories back over the last couple of weeks, but ideally I would like to create a 1000 calorie deficit per day based on my TDEE. We'll see how it goes!

    Ok so weighed in this morning - 153.6 - gained 0.4lbs this week, totally not as bad as I thought! Going to push hard to lose this week for next weeks weigh in :)

    3/3/13 (I started late): 143.6 lbs
    3/5/13: 143.0 lbs
    3/11/13 Current weight: 141.8 lbs (that's 26.8 lbs total)
    Easter goal weight: 135 lbs (that's 6.8 lbs to go)
    Ultra goal weight: 115 lbs

    That's 1.2 lbs down. Like I said, I'll take anything that's a loss! :)
