I have been really bad this week. I stayed under on my calories for the most part, but I didn't do so great in the carbs, fat, sodium area. I was so lazy and didn't want to cook. Gotta get back at it, I need to keep the weight going down!0 -

I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, completly forgot to do it this morning! Not got a good feeling though feel so bloated, think i'm retaining lots of water. We shall see what the scales say in the morning...0

My weigh in day is not until Wednesday..but I did cheat a little and looked yesterday.
I think I just had a lucky week two weeks ago, I was at 181.something, I haven't been that low since then. BUUT we will see on Wednesday.
I also am starting to base my calories off of TDEE so we will see how that goes!0 -

Hmmmm is there a pattern here? Happy to be steadily losing, but I'm going on a mini vacation for Easter, so I would love to step up the pace a bit and lose 4 more pounds by our target date. I've been eating all of my exercise calories back over the last couple of weeks, but ideally I would like to create a 1000 calorie deficit per day based on my TDEE. We'll see how it goes!
