Hi folks....

Not sure how you guys do personal intro's so I may as well just jump right in!

The names David, 47 (nearly 48 but still the right side of 50 for now), and getting back into a fitness/healthy lifestyle.

Over the last two years I've dropped from 250 lbs and I now hover around the 195 -200 lbs mark at approx 17 - 19% body fat. My goal now is to increase my body weight to around 205 - 210 lbs with a target body fat percentage of between 12 -15%.

Whilst the better half thinks I'm going through the old 'mano-pause' and suffering from a mid-life crisis (hey she could be spot on) if there are any like minded old gits out there, or anyone looking to give/receive support motivation and the odd @rse kicking as and when required, please feel free to add me.
