Getting close to the end, I'm sad to say I know I won't make my goal; I can, however, tell myself I continued to make improvements, and that is still success. I have plateaued and slowed down my progress, but up until now I wasn't exercising almost at all - just watching my food intake carefully. Hopefully time will allow me to start exercising so I may continue the downward progress.

Um, I will not make my goal either. That being said that this is the first winter that I have not gained weight after having lost in the fall, now I know that I am able to maintain well with the fitness routine that I have in place :drinker:0 -
