Finding nutritional value of juice

Hi all,

I just started juicing last week and I love it so far.
I use it as a meal or snack once or twice a day.

Can anyone tell me how they figure out the nutritional values, specifically calorie, fat, carbs, protein, sugar?
There's got to be a good app or website that will let me enter the information.

Thank you,
Sarah:drinker:

    Hey! I use this site:

    http://juicerecipes.com/

It's easy to use and each recipe lists its nutritional info.

    Hope that helps!

That link is very helpful! Thanks!

I track my juices by using the data here on MFP. If you search for example "beet juice raw" or "beet green juice" or "apple juice raw" etc. there is usually a listing I can use. For more common items I usually add "raw" to my search but for things like kale juice I find you don't need to add the word raw to the search.
