  • Hi everyone

    I thought I would start. I have been doing body combat classes at the local gym three/four times a week for around eight months. I do some spin classes and try and get in two pump classes a week (although life does get in the way sometimes).

    I have started the Les Mills Body Combat dvds today and I am aiming for the ultimate warrior program in an effort to increase my fitness and strength.

    I am logging on everyday to keep my eating in check in preparation for my wedding in July.
