My dance class did this routine at a local hafla. It looks amazing when done in full dress, make-up, and smiling at the crowd., especially when done in a group. This dancer, though not as precise as my teacher, gives a good example of how to do it.

Don't worry about your arms until you've gotten your feet and your hips going on automatic.
We'll be breaking this down section by section:
Section 1: 0:03-0:57
-8 Mayas
-16 3/4 shimmies
-16 3/4 shimmies while turning. Each turn should have your body facing a different wall. You should be stepping with the same side you're lifting on.
-8 Camel in place
-8 Camel in place, letting the undulation bend your knees on each odd count.
Practice, practice, practice until your feet and hips know the moves by heart, then try following her arm and hand gestures.
Part two: 0:57 to 2:02
Your right foot should be a half-step in front of your left (the ball of your left foot should line up with your in-step) and up on the ball of the foot.
Right hip vertical hip twist
Right hip lift in neutral position
Repeat this in succession 7 times (total 8)
Toe tap your right foot out in front as shown, and vertical hip twist 2 times
Toe tap your right foot just to the rear of your left
Right hip lift in neutral position 2 times
Repeat this in succession 7 times (total 8)
Toe-touch right foot forward, put enough weight on your right foot to scoot your left around a bit.
Toe-touch back again (as before)
Repeat this in succession 7 times (total 8)
Trick here it to shift your body to face the next corner of the room, then the next side, next corner, next side, etc. until you have come full circle.
Step right foot forward
Camel and let the undulation carry your weight onto your left foot
Step right foot back and let it turn you 45 degrees to the right, keep most of your weight on left so you can repeat
Repeat this in succession 3 times (total 4)
¾ shimmy while stepping forward and back on the right foot (keep most of your weight on the left)
(Should be like a normal ¾ shimmy, only your foot placement is different. Hips should remain balanced)
Repeat this in succession 3 times (total 4)
With your weight on the left foot, turn 90 degrees to the left
¾ shimmy while stepping forward and back on the right foot
Once you step back on your right foot, put your right heel down, about face with your left foot 180 degrees to the left
Transfer weight to the left and swing right foot in front of left.
Repeat 3 times (4 total)
On last heel down, spin left 90 degrees to face front. (Right foot should be half-step in front again)
4 - Camel in place
4 - Camel to the right
4 - Camel to the left
4 - Camel in place
Part 3: 2:03 -

Bouncing spin to the right 360 (hands down at hips)
Bouncing spin to the left 360 (hands raised)
Repeat twice (total 3 times)
Pose for end...
Again - Practice, practice, practice until your feet and hips know the moves by heart, then try following her arm and hand gestures.
Have fun!
I would personally change the ending to fill out the rest of the song. Grab some moves from the syllabus and see what you can come up with.
PS. Send me a note if you have any particular sticking points.
