New to the group & looking for some SL friends!

Hi everyone,
I joined the group about a week ago and have been lurking and reading up on all the great advice. I fairly new to SL, just started week 4. I love how the group is so encouraging and supportive. Looking forward to getting to know you ladies (and guys) better.
A little info about me, age 42, 5feet 2 inches, CW 132. Current numbers Squats 75, BP 45, Rows 50, OHP 37 and Dead lifts 95. My diary is open to friends.

Hi all!
I'm new to stronglifts 5x5. I did my workout B today, and started on Tuesday (so this is all very new to me!). I'm on mfp all the time lol even 3:30am apparently haha. I accidentally took a nap after work and woke up at 9:30p, but still put on my gear and went to liftThe most challenging part of this for me so far had been finding food I really like eating that all falls within my macros. PMSing certainly doesn't help that! My diary is open, and i hope i can see what you eat too. I don't do it to criticize, I more want to get food ideas :-)
