OK gals, let's get this ball rolling.
What are your favorite healthy snacks? I am always looking for new ideas.
Mine:
94% Fat Free popcorn (microwaved, individual bags)
apples
frozen bananas sliced up with Splenda on top
ricotta creme dessert and pb cup dessert (both South Beach Diet recipes)
Chocolate Slimfast with skim milk

100 CAL pack Snack Wells Yogurt Pretzels (Sweet + Salty cravings)
100 CAL Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bar
Special K Cracker Chips, Southwest Ranch (4 cals each...great for when chip cravings hit with a sandwich. About 4 my avg.)
100 CAL Stouffer's Animal Cracker Pouch
Long Pretzels Rods with PB
1 dark Lindt Truffle 70-80 CAL (my bedtime treat for a really good day under)
Coffee with Splenda and Skim Milk (this is still a treat for me, even though it's a 30 cal thing), with 1 T. Protein powder if I've worked out a lot, with 2 tsp. Fibercon Powder for bulk if I've felt hungry a lot).
DIPS granola bars. Oh my word. These are SO good. 140 CAL. It's like my candybar. The dark ones are really good, too, but hard to find.
NUTS: honey roasted peanuts, sunflower seeds, almond slices (I have a hard time getting enough good fats some days, and it's a protein boost as well, filling and doesn't take but a few sometimes to tide me over to meal-time).0 -
My fave snacks are a bit boring! I like to have vegetable sticks and hummus and low fat yogurt with chunks of fruit in. Yum!0
