Online Belly Dance Classes

So my love of Souhaila is pretty well known. Her mothership studio offers dance classes online, well, it's streams of her dance classes that have been edited and put online. I'm thinking I might do it or at least do the free trial to see how I like it and if I learn anything. I like my dvds that I have so far and I'm in no way more advanced than them but it'd be nice to have classes again or at least other instruction. Not sure.

I might be able to take classes at a studio near me but I've heard some less than good things about the studio owner. So I'm not sure I want her having my money or if I should go and try it for a month and see how I like it and her or not.

She mostly teaches combos and drills. She has lots of beginning lessons. I haven't seen all her videos yet but from the looks of it, mostly egyptian style. I could be wrong, but for sure it's not persian or ATS.

Datura Online is run by Rachel Brice, and offers many different types of lessons. I think it's mostly fusion stuff, but I havne't accessed it myself.

One of these days I'll check out the free Souhaila classes because I want to build really good dance technique without any real stylization. I really don't like seeing stylized dancers without really good technique. After that I might go check out Datura and then see what I want to do in terms of paying maybe.
