Butter Spray?

Okay so my 17 year old says that butter spray is bad for me and I need to give it up. But honestly, it's gotten me thru the last year, I don't think I would have made it without it. What are your thoughts on butter spray? Do you use it? Can you suggest an alternative?

    It is bad for you, but it's so delicious on popcorn! I use butter spray. I don't think it's as bad for you as say - lean cuisine meals or something like that.
