Today is my first day here and I have around 250lbs to lose. I'm having the gastric bypass surgery in 5 days and I'm really nervous. It's hard to take the first few steps.

    How are you doing ? Hope surgery went well !!!
    My goal was 125 pound loss...... I'm at about 25. Long way to go, but we'll take it a day at a time !
