Was just wondering how many ladies on here are 50+. I just joined/rejoined yesterday. My computer crashed for a while and by the time it was fixed I had forgotton about this site I am ashamed to say. Hollar back if you are out there! Later! :happy:

    I am 51 and I want to get under 200 lbs. (currently 230 lbs.) I want to maintain a new healthy lifestyle not diet. I usually don't post messages but I think with a support group it will make my more accountable. Where are my Fifty, Fit and Fabulous Foxes?
