I was dreading the infamous Level 2 but I just did it! I not only made it through without stopping but I actually found it easier than Level 1. I might not say that tomorrow when every bone in my body aches but I'm so proud that I made it through without stopping. There were even some parts where I did the hard version right off the bat!
Before you think I'm on crack, I think the only reason why I found it easier than Level 1 was because I found that hardest part of Level 1 was the getting up, get back down, get back up, lay back down and all of the bouncing with the jumping jacks/skipping/jumping jacks/skipping. (My back hurts with all of the ups & downs and bouncing.)
I don't have a whole lot of upper body strength so Level 2 was taxing in that regard but the lack of bouncing and up&downs was a pleasant change.
Yay me!
Edit: Plus - Level 2 burns 50 more calories on my HRM than Level 1 - BONUS!
