Hello all!
What do you lovelies listen to while tearin' up the pavement? I tend to look for upbeat songs with a killer backbeat, motivational or fun lyrics, and that go with my pace so I can run in time. Here are some of my favouries that really fall nicely with a fast stride:
- Some Nights, Fun
- Show Me How You Burlesque, from Burlesque soundtrack
- Rolling in the Deep, Adele
- The Call, The Backstreet Boys (yes, I went there, and it was awesome)
- Call Me Maybe, Carly Rae Jepsen
- What Makes You Beautiful, One Direction
- Get the Party Started, Pink
- Somebody That I Used to Know, Gotye
If you need more songs, lemme know! I've got lots more and the playlist grows all the time.

Now I just tend to put all of my songs on shuffle and listen to whatever pops up. I want to kill it when it is showtunes though. But I used to have a running playlist (I just ran too much and got tired of them) and it included:
Kelly Clarkson: Catch My Breath
Eminem: Lose Yourself
Marina and the Diamonds: Primadonna
Avril Lavigne: What the Hell
Florence + The Machine: Dog Days Are Over
Billy Joel: Only the Good Die Young

I just play the application on the Iphone Songza workout beats, so they usually have good music.
