    I did interval training 3.5/5 mph for 35 minutes and stretched for 15 minutes (: I may play Dance Central on xbobx kinect when I babysit tonight for an hour or so. Good day (:

    Jogged for 46 minutes

    weighs for 15 minutes

    61 total and another 239 minutes to go for the week

    NSV- I went to the "Big West Basketball Game" and was able to turn my body around in the chair like a small woman !

    Did turbo fire today and some of 30 day shred. Total of 45 minutes
