ummm....i have no answer to this. so just saying hey and checking in! feeling really strong right now and it's because i've actually not binged in moments of really wanting to. we can do this!! it will be hard at times, but we can do it . :)

    I also can't really think of anything. I hate public speaking bc I'm afraid I'll look or sound dumb in front of other people.
