What are you doing after Level 3?

I am also doing a whole 30 diet so on day 31, I plan on taking a day off from exercising ( i cannot wait). I am thinking of doing whole 30 and 30DS again, starting April 1st? Anyone else??

    I'm going onto Couch to 5k once I've finished 30DS :smile:

    Actually that's not strictly true because I'm set to finish 30DS on the 27th March and I'm starting C25k on 7th April, using Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown on my "off" days. In the 10 days between the end of 30DS and the start of C25k, I'm going to be using my elliptical machine for cardio learning to get up early to exercise so I can go for early morning runs!

    I'm also thinking of doing the c25k when I'm done the 30 day shred although level 2 is really taking its toll on my hips so I'll have to make sure I'm well enough to start running. I'm only halfway through at this point but that's my goal.

    I have not been doing 30ds every day. Jillian herself even emphasizes how important a rest day is. I am currently doing the biggest loser challenge on the Wii and my weigh in tomorrow will mark week 5, so I have 3 more weeks of that. I might do another biggest loser 6-week challenge at the next hardest level and do another 6 weeks of the biggest loser cardio max.
