Hi there! I would love a little help staying motivated, today was day 2 of my new lifestyle and all went well,even spent time at the gym with DH before work. Dakota

  • Hi! :) It's been a week since I've been tracking and exercising, and things are...okay, I suppose. I went on a cruise this past week, and the food there was amazing, but I somehow made myself continue to track everything going in me haha Today's my weigh-in day, and apparently I've lost little less than half a pound, but at least it's some kind of progress, right? Good luck with your tracking, and post in here as often as you like! If you want we can friend each other too; it might be easier to communicate and motivate that way.
